Financial Policy


 We are very thankful you have chosen us to provide you with your dental care needs. As a courtesy our office will file any dental insurance that you have. Please understand your insurance is an "assistance plan" only and is very different from medical insurance. Most plans will pay for 80% of routine care and 30% of major work. You are responsible for the difference at the time of service. We will do our best to estimate what your insurance will cover before treatment, and we have other financial assistance programs to help you get the treatment you need.

  •  After 30 days a 5% service charge will be applied to any unpaid balance each month.
  •  After 90 days your account will be turned over to a collection agency.
  •  There is a 10% discount if you pay your portion of the balance with check or cash 24 hours before the time of service
  •  We have the rights to refuse future treatment until accounts are paid in full.
  •  Please ask us how we may further assist you in any financial matters.
  •  If you fail to keep your appointment without a 48 hour notification we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee, and or request pre-payment fefore a new appointment is scheduled.
  •  There is a $25 service charge for any cancelled check plus any bank fees.
